span An international firm in McLean, VA is looking for a Payroll Assistant to start immediately and work through the end of 2016, with the potential of extending through Spring. This role requires someone who has experience in Workday and/or ADP systems, preferably Enterprise 5 (ev5) or Vantage. You will gain exposure to a prestigious organization and work closely with the payroll team to successfully transition software systems. You need to have great attention to detail and be able to learn quickly. li Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data /li li Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department transfers /li li Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages /li li Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information /li /ul
