span Our client is hiring for a contract to hire HR/Payroll and Benefits Assistant job in Indianapolis, IN. You must have a Bachelor’s degree and certification of FPC or CPP.  You will be responsible for assisting the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.  You will also be responsible for maintaining employment records for employees including electronic master data, personnel files, medical/benefit files and payroll files.  The salary for this position is based on experience and once hired benefits including major medical and dental will be provided. br HR/Payroll and Benefits job responsibilities include: br • Assists in year-end benefit enrollment process. br • Maintains organizational charts. br • Handles invoices for the department. br • Plans or assists in arranging and coordinating meetings or special planned events. br • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data into payroll system. br   br Qualifications: br • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation. br • Bachelors’ degree is preferred. br • Proficient in PeopleSoft, experience administering payroll for multiple states. br • Ability to utilize various personal computers within a LAN environment. br • Strives for success, taking feedback from supervisors and peers. br   br span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' If you are interested in this contract to hire HR/Payroll and Benefits job in Indianapolis, IN or other accounting opportunities please send resumes directly to a href='' /a /span . br   br   br   br /span
