The People and Culture Manager will enforce internal policies and procedures, monitor performance review process, help foster responsible and effective relationships. Take action to resolve issues fairly and timely, facilitate and counsel team about complaints. Develop programs, incentives, promote hotel social events, monitor morale of team members, keep accurate records of communications, discipline and recognition. Support training initiatives in all departments. Provide expertise in recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring team members.

Bachelor s degree or 3 years related experience
Minimum 2 years in Human Resources leadership role
Business communication skills: read, write and speak English fluently
Confidence and experience in public speaking
Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction
Required reasoning, mathematics, and language skills relevant to payroll systems and people management
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members including diverse workforce
Will lead an environment of inclusion and no employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
Self-lead, flexible and capable of adapting in an uncertain environment as well as adverse situations
