li Responsible for payroll processing and providing functional support for incentive programs. /li li Responsible for improving manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. /li li Implementation of human resource programs including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations. /li /ul
br What you need to have for this role: br ul
li At least 5 years of HR Experience within the finance industry. /li li Good working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems. /li li Bachelors degree in Business and/or Psychology is required. /li li SPHR or PHR certification a plus! /li /ul
