Senior roleperforms and participates in PeopleSoft ELM application development,configuration and unit testing for the project. Participates in development,integration and deployment of solutions. Provides data models from businesssystems planning and data requirements planning.

Will berequired in participating with design, development, and supporting applicationsolutions and re-engineered components based on client requirements.

Will beproviding input for systems development and data base administration from adata point of view

Will performbusiness and technical designer functions, including making contributions tobusiness and technical architecture components of the PeopleSoft ELM enterprisesolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systemsor other technically relevant degree
- 10-12 years of overall technical experience in system design,project development and production support of large applications/systems
- 6+ years of PeopleSoft experience with a minimum of 3 yearsof software development experience with PeopleTools 8.49 or above
- Proven track record of successful implementation of allproject life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementationand enhancements
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, (9.2 preferred)
- Experience with PeopleSoft ELM 9.x, (9.2 preferred)
- Good working knowledge of one of more PeopleSoft AdvancedTools Application Package, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, BusinessInterlinks, Approval Workflow Engine
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, UNIX environment, UNIXshell scripts, SQL and PL/SQL, and XML and encryption technologies
- Possesses extensive knowledge of application modelingprinciples, concepts and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with astrong focus on customer service and solution ownership
- Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strongproblem solving skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner andsuccess working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Security+ Certification

- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Possess prior experience of supporting large scaleorganizations with successful ERP implementation(s)
