Dietician
Dietician is a participant of interdisciplinary team regarding patient's nutritional needs and problems related to their ability to maintain adequate nutrition. Plan, organize, and conduct dietetic education for the team, and function as a member with expertise in nutritional care.
Requirements

* Licensed in the state as a dietitian, registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or a nutritionist who holds a Bachelor degree with major studies in food and nutrition from a four-year accredited college or university and has at least 2 years of experience in a health care food or nutrition delivery system.
* Prefer Master's degree from an accredited institution with major in foods, nutrition, or dietetics, and successful completion of an internship or equivalent experience
* Minimum of one year of acute or long-term care is required; additional home health or hospice experience is preferred
* Understanding Hospice philosophy and issues of food/fluids for terminally ill individuals.
