Facility: Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center at Windsor
Department: Physical Therapy
Provides PT services as outlined and described by a certified Physical Therapist. Maintains appropriate records for medical, legal, and financial purposes. Must demonstrate effective communication skills and overall professional behavior.
Education Requirements: Graduate of an approved school for PT Assistants (PTAs). Certified and currently licensed in the State of VT. Day shift
