JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Operations Manager and Director and according to standard procedure, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from the physician.
QUALIFICATIONS:Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Required.Must have a current and valid Pharmacy license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Minimum of two (2) years previous demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist preferred.Must have minimum of one (1) year acute care/hospital clinical experience required.Must possess ability to successfully interact with stakeholder (patients, providers, payors and community) and other customers, families, staff, management, physicians and general public. Per diem Schedule varies Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Required
