Intermediate ability to work quickly and efficiently
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced customer service skills
Advanced ability to prioritize workload effectively
Advanced to work effectively in a team environment
Intermediate knowledge of major medication therapy, drug-drug interactions, and disease states
Intermediate Ability to evaluate clinical appropriateness of medication therapy

Experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
1 year Experience working in a pharmacy practice environment using current technology. Experience in interacting with an interdisciplinary team including physicians

Preferred Experience
3 years Experience working in a pharmacy practice environment using current technology. Experience in interacting with an interdisciplinary team including physicians. At least 1 year Clinical experience in the field of Oncology/Chemotherapy and Infusion therapy. Experience with Epic Beacon Oncology preferred.

License/Certifications
Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
Able to obtain shortly after hire Washington State Pharmacist Licensure

Preferred License/Certifications
At time of hire Washington State Pharmacist License Washington State Preceptor License Active membership and/or certification in professional associations is preferred
