Pharmacist

Assumes a variety of clinical and distributive functions. The pharmacist will be responsible as a proactive health care team member, striving to identify, resolve and/or prevent potential and/or actual drug related problems.





Minimum Education


Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree or Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with PharmD.



Minimum Work Experience


Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital preferred.



Required Licenses/Certifications


Vermont pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
