NICU/Peds experience is strongly preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

o BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
o Virginia Pharmacy License required (or acquired within 90 days of hire)
o Night Shift Pharmacist at WMC must have both WV and VA Pharmacy Licenses (or acquired within 90 days of hire)
o Must be knowledgeable about medications, their pharmacology and dosage ranges for use in neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
o Experience with McKesson pharmacy systems and Pyxis preferred
o Keyboarding skills required.
