Responsible to appropriate supervisor of area to which assigned. Prepares sterile products, units dose medications, fills unit dose carts, restocks automated medications dispensing units, replenishes floor stock delivers and enters charges and credits.
Every weekend, 1230p-11p
Required Minimum Education: High School graduate or possess a General Educational Development (GED) Degree.
Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician from the National Technician Licensing board.

Required Minimum Experience: Exposure/experience in all phases of pharmacy operations: unit dose, cart filling,
automated dispensing cabinet replenishment, medication order interpretation, unit of use preparation, inventory management. Candidate must complete one year of experience and Certification by exam for Full-time employees.

Required Minimum Skills: Minimal typing skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good oral communication skills.
Good mentoring skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
Ability to push a transportation cart of approximately 100 pounds.
