Following physician s orders, evaluates and treats all patients referred to physical therapy. Responsible for charting patient evaluation, treatment and progress as well as communicating patient status to physician and other appropriate hospital staff. Oversees physical therapy assistants and technicians. Provides patient and family education.
QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree. Graduate of accredited physical therapy school. Licensed in State of Illinois required. CPR certification. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. In House Registry Varied Bachelors degree is required Licensure Required 1-2 years experience is required Computer experience is required Customer service skills Recent experience in the specialty area is required
