Provides physical therapy services to acute and chronically ill patients of all ages in the home utilizing physical therapy principles that recognize the psychosocial, economic, cultural and personal health factors that affect that individuals health status. Provides care which supports the quality and productivity standards outlined in Agency policies and procedures in order to uphold the Agencys mission and financial viability.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an approved Physical Therapy program. Minimum of six months clinical experience. CPR certification or eligibility. Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine. Current Maine drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of current Agency acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required.
