We have inpatient and outpatient opportunities available.
Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, evaluate and treat referred patients. Coordinate and communicate treatment activities with health care team members and the patient. This position will be considered authorized to have direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications as outlined in the job brief. Acute care experience desirable.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a bachelors degree if graduated prior to 2002; minimum of Masters degree if graduating in 2002 or later. New Hampshire PT license required. Full time 40 hours Day
