Relief position, days vary, six weekend days per month required.Summary: Provide physical therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning, goal setting and implementation, patient education, related documentation and communication in accordance with the ethics of the American Physical Therapy Association, JCAHO, Colorado Practice Act, Rules and Regulations and Poudre Valley Health System.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in relevant clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, occupational health, child therapy services, etc.) preferred. Current licensure by Department of Regulatory Agencies for the State of Colorado in Physical Therapy. BLS required. For new hires and transferring employees, certification will be obtained during orientation if necessary.DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Critical thinking skills while utilizing evidence based outcomes and standards of practice for physical therapy. Competency in clinical skills related to the patient population being served. Competency in decision making for appropriate patient population.
