Responsible for the organization and implementation of medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatment program to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. He/she also helps the patient reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. All duties and responsibilities are to be carried out with empathy and compassion towards patients and their families as well as co-workers. BS or MS in physical Therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed by the State of North Carolina. Minimum of six months experience in Physical Therapy. Two years experience in rehabilitating preferred. Hours and days vary. Current CPR certification required.
$3,000 relocation and $3,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment. Full-time Days with weekend rotation Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred. Current CPR certification required. Licensure Required Experience is required
