Position: Per Diem, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services and supervision of PT Dept. Supervisor, provides patient care for individuals requiring rehabilitation. The patient care is directed to the individuals special needs in an effort to optimize their physical, functional, psychological, social and emotional well-being. Interacts with those within patients of the following populations: adolescent, adult, & geriatric, with an inter-disciplinary level approach. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science in Physical Therapy required. Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required. Current CPR certification required. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: ambulatory and acute care . Per Diem Day, evening & weekend shifts
