Physical Therapist - Staff - Sinai

Working on the acute team, the Staff PT evaluates patients, plans, and administers patient treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, and communicates with the multidisciplinary team regarding discharge planning. Provides professional care in accordance with APTA standards and Maryland State Board of Examiners scope of practice.
Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university. Position requires the American Heart Association CPR (Healthcare Provider level) Certification and an active Maryland Physical Therapy Licensure. Basic computer skills, medical terminology and critical thinking skills are also required. Experience in an acute setting helpful. As a facility, Sinai offers the opportunity for PT rotation between acute, rehab and outpatient. A sign-on bonus is available to experienced therapists.
