Job Description
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patients progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.Education:- Entry level Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited schoolCertificates Licenses:- Board Certified Eligible- New graduates acceptable
