Graduate of accredited medical school
5 plus years inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience or equivalent education and/or experience
Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
WA State licensure, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
Must be eligible for active medical staff privileges on SWMC staff
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analysis/problem solving skills
Ability to think globally and creatively
Decisive, flexible, problem solver, results oriented with ability and desire to achieve goals quickly
Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet applications
Proven leadership with the ability to organize, coordinate and motivate others
Excellent planning, budgeting and fiscal management ability
Marketing techniques, program development, strategic planning, teaching, training and advanced knowledge of physical medicine and rehab treatments and interventions.
Work requires the ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or less Regular-Exempt Day Shift
