My client company is looking for an experienced leader to manage all aspects of operations, processes and production for a food plant. Accountable for achievement of plant performance objectives and product quality, and expenditures versus budget. Implements short and long-range objectives, policies and goals established by parent company. Directs organization's labor relations agreement. Serves as management representative in labor negotiation, bargaining and interpretive meetings. Manage the operation's safety programs to protect employees and the company against harm. Maintain safe working conditions. .Leads programs to improve quality and reduce costs. Experience, Skills, Education: 1. A minimum of a BA/BS degree. 2. A minimum of 5 years of food plant management experience.
