JOB DESCRIPTIONGlobal company with expertise in a wide range of industries seeks an experienced Plant Manager or Production Manager with background in Composites to join and lead their composites division producing Radomes, Nacelles, and other lightweight composites structures.
Division specializes in:
*** Vacuum infusion, honeycomb structures, fiber placement, filament winding, hand layup, coating and painting, cutting, finishing, and machining.
Industries served include:
*** Military, Marine, Renewable Energy, Construction, Marine Construction, Shipbuilding, Water & Wastewater, and Oil & Gas.
*** Budget development, quality control, cost control, operation planning and scheduling, materials purchase, hiring, coaching, and firing personnel, and overseeing facility maintenance.
*** 5+ years production management experience within a composites manufacturer, or similar.
*** Experience with products such as boat hulls, wind turbine blades, radomes, nacelles, large tanks, composite structures (construction), or similar.
Relocation expenses and temporary housing provided. Position is in Alabama.
