Portfolio Management Process Leader:
Contributes to process training definition & validation, and ensures tool training consistency with a strong focus on change management. Defines the process deployment roadmap and manages its execution in coordination with IPO (Information Process Organization) for the tool supporting the process. Defines and officializes with local managers the way Portfolio Management process must be applied on their field. This position requires a Masters degree or a foreign equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and three years of work experience in offer creation/offer launch process for a global B2B electrical/electronic marketplace. Also must have some work experience with: offer creation process project management to pilot international deployments and training on process governance strategy specified tools built and deployed, offer launch process project management to pilot international deployments and training on process governance strategy specified tools built and deployed, implementing global corporate process and global corporate tools for developing projects and economic management methods of projects in case practices, process finance competencies applying prospective technical markets and economic corporate financials, leading multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives and collaborating with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, building transverse global corporate principles of the company in an international environment, applying marketing, consumer behavior, market research, quantitative technologies, and managerial Economics to deploy in different business units, project management experience with a strong understanding and knowledge of different framework like Agile, waterfall, Project management process with a focus on change management practices for a global matrix driven organization, demonstrated strategic thinking, project management and creative problem-solving activities with a demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work cross functionally within a complex matrix driven organization, and demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and the ability to link business strategy to process, tools and performance.
