Portfolio Manager

Accountabilities:
Communicate the appropriate amount of information (Status, risks, outcomes, issues, etc) up to leadership as well as across project stakeholders and team members ensuring critical visibility for the correct audience
Lead meetings, drive issue resolution, bring cohesion to project from design thru implementation and integration of feedback
Manage the IT technical portfolio
Provide thought leadership to IT around success project delivery
Create and maintain executive dashboards, leveraging and maintaining existing project tracking tools (HP Quality Center, Rally, etc)
Provide expertise for the Agile w/Scrum methodology while driving adoption within the organization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with management and business users to prioritize
Work centrally with change management and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to the end user
Education:

BS/BA and/or equivalent formal training or experience
PMP Certification a strong plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

8+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects which include the following technologies: custom Java, WebSphere Portal, C
2+ years experience working in an Agile environment
Proficiency in project management tools
