The successful c&idate will work closely with Research Units, Partner Lines & Business Units to develop & improve requisite content & analyses, coordinate production & reporting, interpret results, implications, & provide portfolio insights/recommendations to a range of stakeholder groups. A component of the role involves continually exploring refine these core processes, partnering with leadership, to ensure the effects of new strategies are evidenced in portfolio output. This role is wide reaching & will directly interface with multiple stakeholders including Research Unit partners, Business Unit Colleagues, Partner lines & Development Operations, Development Directors to ensure the effective execution of the portfolio against designated strategies & against annual portfolio goals. br /br /strongResponsibilities /strongbr /*Interface & influence across multiple levels within the organization. Comfortable to articulate an opinion when explored by Senior Leadersbr /*Drive holistic assessment of the portfolio including balance, gaps & risks to drive decision makingbr /*Deliver rapid, accurate response to portfolio questions & requests on the WRD portfolio to a range of clients. Able to operate in a dynamic environment with conflicting & urgent priorities
