Responsibilities
This role manages the territory engineering resources and activities required to address customer projects from award until system acceptance.

Responsibilities include:
+ Management, coaching and mentoring of personnel
+ Adherence to best practices and established process
+ Cost and performance tracking of department
+ Resource assignment for projects
+ Collaboration with key work partners in sales, systems integration, central support functions and customers

Specific Skills
A 4-year bachelor degree in Electrical, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college or university plus 5-10 years of experience working in a LMR systems engineering position, OR a minimum of 14 years of experience in LMR engineering related work.
RF coverage design experience.
IP Networking knowledge.
Knowledge of ASTRO solutions offerings.
Demonstrated personnel leadership.
Understanding of SI tools and processes.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate and manage conflict.
Location can be Phoenix, AZ or Westminster, CO.

Basic Qualifications
