We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated postdoctoral fellow in the School of Education at the University of California Irvine. The postdoctoral scholar will contribute to IES funded projects investigating children s reading and writing development, and will be responsible for coding data, data analysis, journal article reporting, and supervision of research assistants. The projects are led by Dr. Young-Suk Kim.
* Ph.D. in Psychology, Education, or Communication Disorders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent data analysis skills
* Experience with eye tracking or prosody or coding children s written compositions
The initial appointment will be for one year, renewable after the first year pending funding. Expected start date is October 1st, 2016. However, if necessary, modifications are possible.
