REQUIRES: Responsible for verifying patient financial information for all insurances and obtaining payer authorizations as required. High school diploma with some college course work preferred. Experience in hospital or physician office practice preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all customers. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task is needed. Experience in the use of office technology and software systems. Experience in call center environment preferred. Full time 80hrs/pay period M - F 9:00AM - 5:30PM High school diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years experience is required Customer service skills are required Experience is preferred
