What you get to do: Provide, prep and set up for meals Your day-to-day: * Prepare food items using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. * Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction. * produce and help execute daily Private Dining party prep * responsible to clean prep area * Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen facilities * Additional tasks may be assigned based on day to day needs of the restaurant * Function may change based on daily need Specific experience we're seeking: * Strong Knife skills * Prior culinary skills and prep cook experience * Flexible in schedule * Multi-tasker QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
