Preparation cook is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. She prepares and stores food for the hotel restaurant and banquets following IHRs Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures to ensure consistent quality . The Preparation Cook is required to work well in a team environment and enjoy serving customers in a positive, friendly manner.

In addition to preparing food for banquets, this individual prepares food for the VIP lounge, the employee cafeteria and may work in the dining room on the buffet line.
