Principal IS Architect (Security Architect)

This role will be responsible for developing Amgen's security architecture & driving its implementation. The security architecture should cover all relevant security domains, including application, database, operating system, network, identity & access management, role management, event monitoring, intrusion detection, data leakage protection, incident response & forensics. This role will gain agreement & approval of the architecture & ensure that the architecture is consistently implemented across the enterprise. Job Responsibilities include:-Work with architects, engineers & service owners in different technology domain to underst& the context of each domain, including network, host, database, application, identity & access management service, etc. -Provide analysis & assessment of overall system security & identify major areas of opportunity to improve system security. -Work with key stakeholders to establish a vision & security architecture for the future, & establish a prioritized list of projects.br-Provide risk assessment & security consultation to project teams, business partners, system owners & other stakeholders. -Provide consultation & support to security operations including firewall settings, system scanning, penetration tests, event monitoring & incident response-Develop security policy & support its execution.br-Provide material for security awareness training & support the training delivery.
