The goal of Employee and Organizational Development is to provide UC Riverside with the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed to meet the organization's strategic priorities. The goals is to grow organizational talent and build capability to meet the needs of the future. The Principle Trainer's key role is to work in partnership with the EOD Director and HRMG team to plan EOD development initiatives and curriculum using a strategic focus and mindset. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a career development and mentoring program, create and maintain a talent pool of leaders, facilitate leadership development classes and learning experiences, create content for future workshops based on needs assessment, developing key partnerships on campus to grow our influence at the university, and partner with selected vendors to roll out upcoming programs and serve as lead to the training team.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Advanced skills in planning, resourcing and monitoring effective training delivery.
Advanced analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
