Job Description:
andbull;Reportsto the Director, HiTech, Media and Telecom Supply Chain Centre of Excellence
andbull;Develops and executes the businessgrowth strategy for supply-chainsolutions in the semiconductor and electronics hardware market segments inNorth America and Europe.
Responsibilities:
andbull;Define and sell transformationalsupply-chain solutions to prospects andclients in the semiconductor, computing, datacom and electronic equipmentindustries
andbull;Secure client endorsements andjointly market supply-chain managementpoints-of-view in appropriate industry fora
andbull;Identify and develop thought-leadershipparadigms and opportunities for the SC CoE, targeted towards the semiconductorand electronics hardware market segments.
andbull;Engage with other company entitiessuch as Enterprise Solutions Consulting, BPO/KPO, Engineering InformationServices, etc., to better position and leverage the portfolio of company's supply-chaincapabilities in the marketplace
andbull;Oversee supply-chainimplementations to ensure that program quality, cost and duration exceed clientexpectations
andbull;Interface with company's Mobilitygroup to provide insights and guidance to assure the development of superiorand differentiated Mobility-enabled supply-chain solutions
andbull;Promote company'svalues and culture across the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence
Qualifications:
andbull;Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
andbull;Master's Degree in BusinessAdministration/Master's Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial)) from a top-tier USA or European university
andbull;12+ years experience in supplychain management, preferably in the Semiconductor and Electronics HardwareMarket Segments - spanning product management and/or product marketing,industry marketing, presales, solution definition and implementation
andbull;Strong track record of businessdevelopment interaction with senior supply-chain executives in thesemiconductor and electronics hardware market segments
andbull;Recognized industry-specific supplychain thought leadership validated by public speaking/publishing record
andbull;Good understanding of supply chainapplications and competitive landscape (SAP, Oracle, JDA/i2,Kinaxis, etc.)
andbull;Established record of assemblingsuccessful coalitions across supply chain application solution providers andconsulting service providers to address client challenges
