Located at our Kohler, WI HQ, we are looking for a Process Engineer to employ a program of continuous manufacturing process improvement designed to achieve division goals and objectives, and improve the competitive position of the organization. This Engineer is responsible for maintaining, developing and improving manufacturing processes through the implementation of new and/or improved manufacturing equipment and systems, and development of manufacturing work cells. Emphasis is on operations management and deployment of the Kohler Operating System (KOS), and on the structured use of robust process improvement methods and Quality systems including Kaizen, 6-sigma, PPAP, and SPC.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related technical environment, preferably in a vertically integrated environment.
* Proven experience in developing and driving change and continuous improvement systems.
* Proven experience in influencing and implementing these changes and improvements.
* Experience in GD&T is essential.
* PPAP experience preferred.
* Experience in process control a must.
* Pro Engineer CAD experience preferred.
