JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Process Engineer
Involved in engineering functions in engine assembly relating to:
Identifying, evaluating, and leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Helping to implement improvements to production processes and quality procedures
Learning the Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis process and Control Plan documents
Solid intern and/or co-op experience with manufacturing processes, engines, or engine components in a high paced production environment preferred.
Experience in production of small engines or equivalent technology, along with technical competence on equipment design, robotic equipment, and/or experience with programming PLC systems is considered a plus.
As an essential member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to apply your unique engineering skills to improve knowledge of engine production systems and design of such systems.
An individual in this position should be organized and detail-oriented, with some working knowledge of process flow charts, time studies, work cell lay-outs, process FEMAs, control plans, and capability studies.
