New position with higher requirements:- Master's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering plus 6 years of applied science (process) engineering experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. - Experience with processing equipment including membranes, filtration and separation technologies. Position Description:Provide leadership to the operating centers for capital project management activities including system design, project cost tracking, supplier management and project startup. Specifically the Senior Engineer is required to manage a multi-phase capital project requiring the completion of high speed process and packaging systems that produce high quality products. The Senior Engineer will support growth and profit objectives through the successful completion of this important capital project that deliver improved productivity, product quality and operating costs.Other activities that Senior Engineer may lead are strategic initiatives to develop innovative process systems, flexible platform production lines and automated product packaging systems. The position will support Quality Assurance, Risk and Safety and Supply Chain to ensure appropriate online monitoring of product/packaging quality, personnel safety on highly efficient production lines.

Work closely with Business Units, RandD, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Key Vendors to ensure business objectives are realized. Define/plan/execute technical objectives to meet the short and long-term strategic needs of the business. Bring in new technology views from broad and deep experience combining knowledge of process, packaging and equipment relationships. Conceive and develop technical approaches and implement to improve existing process and packaging systems.

Lead cross-functional teams. Provide clear priorities and expectations to project team. Identify and gain resources across the organization as necessary for team success. Motivate the team to strive for high standards by articulating organizational goals, promoting a sense of urgency and importance, and emphasizing the need to create long-term value for both the Company and its customers.
