P BB22211 BR Pleasanton, CA 94588 BR 1 Year BR BR Process Improvement Consultant BR The position is responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple process standardization and improvement process initiatives. In this role you will work closely with the CLIENTIT Departments to implement and drive process foundations and continuous service improvement across the IT Service processes. BR BR The Process Excellence Specialist must be a people oriented self-starter who will be an individual contributor and coach/mentor process engineers, process professionals and other IT operations staff. The individual will be accountable for building and maintaining strong working relationships and using process excellence methodology and tools to streamline IT business and operational processes. BR BR Essential Functions: /P UL LI Provide process leadership and influence direction to SME teams and other IT professionals supporting the delivery of process standardization and improvement for IT /LI LI Apply consistent methods for selection and evaluation of process initiatives /LI LI Coordinate with other Process teams to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately /LI LI Lead process improvement/standardization efforts in an IT field as identified by IT and business leadership /LI LI Effectively manage process design and improvement projects /LI LI Drive and be accountable for realization of process improvements and efficiency gains /LI LI Deliver comprehensive process documentation for use in enterprise model /LI LI Identify defects and eliminate waste, standardize and improve processes /LI LI Develop targets for financial and soft benefits analysis and achieve targets /LI LI Model, document, and put measurement systems in place for CLIENT IT processes /LI LI Ensure team creates and maintains appropriate process artifacts /LI LI Ensure team process the appropriate process experience and training /LI LI Identify and leverage best practices to improve efficiency and build capacity /LI LI Conduct regular discussions with team to review process initiatives and identify opportunities to expand skills through new assignments /LI LI Enhance individual and team performance by creating a climate of consistent and continuous learning (promote new ideas, conduct knowledge sharing) /LI LI Support a team atmosphere which is collaborative, stimulating, challenging and fun /LI LI Independently engage stakeholders and owners to gain common understanding of work scope /LI LI Lead diverse teams to quickly move through large-scale efforts /LI LI Take on self-driven efforts to meet specific customer needs or to triage and correct emergency situations /LI /UL P Qualifications BR BR Basic Qualifications: /P UL LI 10 years of experience in IT Process Excellence Roles /LI LI BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience /LI LI Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certificate with proven experience and results /LI LI Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies, and one or more of the following: ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, TQM. along with some training classes with Process Improvement Methodologies /LI LI Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional areas /LI LI Experience with diverse teams and projects or programs in the implementation of large-scale, complex IT process initiatives that achieved financi
