JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description (including by not necessarily limited to):
? Review Operational reports
? Make recommendations on production processes through reporting practices and staff communications
? Compare client's Statement of Work with day to day real time operational practices
? Work with Sales department on boarding new clients
? Conduct process improvement events to analyze and implement procedural changes
? Familiarity with Process Improvement practices such as LEAN, Six Sigma, etc
? Above average computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel (pivot tables, filtering, analyze data as it pertains to Operations), Power point and Visio, and learning current and upcoming production software
? Strong communications skills with any level of client or staff from production to upper management
? Must enjoy and be comfortable working in a team environment
? Additional preference will be given to candidates with:
o experience drafting/editing training documents and/or standard operation procedures
o experience analyzing client service level agreements
o escrow and/or title company exposure
? 3+ years? experience, a college degree is preferred , but real world long term work experience can be part of the position consideration
? This position is located in our Westlake Village, CA office. Travel, if any, outside the office would be minimal at best.
