Job Description Summary

As a member of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence (COE), the principle purpose of the Procurement Analyst - Procurement Technology is to support the organization as it pertains to process, policy, governance and ongoing implementation of global procurement technology solutions. \n\nA thorough understanding of Supplier Onboarding and Enablement, Procure-to-Pay, P2P, eSourcing and Contract/Certificate Lifecycle Management is critical. The role requires developing strong relationships with internal system users, key stakeholders and third party suppliers, therefore, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills with expertise in managing priorities in a customer driven environment. This is an individual contributor role and will not have direct management responsibilities.

Job Description



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



* Provide support for systems including but not limited to Vendor Management Software (VMS), ProcurePlus, JD Edwards, Workday, and Determine

* Transact and maintain master data in multiple procurement systems

* Monitor multiple system support email boxes, ensuring appropriate action and timely response to inquiries

* Follow up on transactional and technical matters and see open items through to completion.

* Perform business acceptance testing in procurement systems for service packs and upgrades

* Conduct training and coach employees in the use of procurement processes and tools

* Support Operations and Procurement during new account transitions.

* Extract, analyze and report systems data using company sponsored software to improve operational efficiencies.

* Audit suppliers tax forms, issued purchase orders and data integrity between systems

* Aide in the development of procurement policies, training materials and communications



JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS



Education & Previous Experience:



* Bachelor's degree or Procurement Related Certifications

* 3-5 years of procurement operations experience in a global organization/role. Proven procurement competencies encompassing technology, data analytics, P2P and customer support is required

* Performing root cause analysis including implementing changes to improve/correct root cause issues

* Must have played an active role in at least one system implementation (procurement or non-procurement)
