Involves consolidating low risk, low value, fast turn around transactions and advising on supplier contracts to ensure that IBM benefits from the best possible value and service from these quality suppliers. Main responsibilities are: Manual order execution Purchasing goods and services on spot market according to requester input from pre defined suppliers (RFQ supplier selection place purchase orders) Interaction with requesters and suppliers about specifications, delivery issues and other queries Customer assistance (via phone and e mail) Invoice handling: blocked invoice root cause analysis and handling Vendor database updates and maintenance Reporting Required * Bachelor's Degree * English: Fluent Additional information English is required for internal business language and cross team support. One additional language on advanced level (oral and written communication) is required.
