Are you looking for a new, challenging opportunity* If so, Pro Staff might have a great opportunity for you! The Minneapolis Pro Staff team is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill an opening as a Document Control/Administrative Assistant. The candidate in this role will be working with logistics, accounting, market analysis support, and general office duties. Duties include but are not limited to: monitor inventories, create, revise, and coordinate shipments, prepare statements and reports, manage databases, answer phones and take messages, filing/data entry, and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The shift would be Monday-Friday, regular business hours, with the opportunity for overtime after 40 hours. The pay rate for this position is around $40K-$45K, dependent upon experience.
* High School diploma required, Associate s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, including experience in logistics and accounting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient mathematical skills, including the ability to use fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, 10-key, WPM. (testing will be required for this position)
* Ability to work as a team.
