Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in Algona, WA. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium and heavy-duty truck parts sold under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company s truck manufacturing divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Dynacraft has manufacturing facilities in Algona, WA and Louisville, KY.
Dynacraft is looking for a Product Launch Coordinator to workclosely with the truck division engineering teams and management to assessprogram/product requirements, costs and pricing for hard-lines, hoses, electricalcomponents and other distributed items. This position will coordinateall aspects of implementing a product, from quote to PPAP.
Responsible for identifying/defining new programs and coordinating implementation from quote to a production state.
Collaborates with customers to understand objectives and develops project plans to meet objectives.
Proactively coordinates change in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.
Works to leverage PACCAR Investments by assuring that Dynacraft products are produced and distributed to all truck plant customers possible.
Develops best practices and tools for project execution and coordination.
Product and Program Management knowledge gained through a minimum of three years of related experience, preferably with PACCAR.
Self-motivated leader, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with varying schedules and shifting priorities. Must possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as a team member when required.
Must be proficient with MS Office products.
Ability to read part/assembly drawings.
Education / Experience
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or applicable field required.
MBA or Masters in related field desired.
Six Sigma training strongly desired.
SAP experience a plus.
