The Product Manager will play a key role in delivering superior next-generation experiences for the investment platform. This is an incredible opportunity for a Product Manager to get in on the ground floor of an early stage, mission driven company and make a huge impact from day one.About This Position The Product Manager will play a key role in delivering superior next-generation experiences for the investment platform. This role will create new opportunities that will drive client growth.You will support products from the initial discovery phase through the final delivery phase in an innovative and flexible way. You will need experience with agile development, working closely with engineering, UX/UI and marketing to craft simple and impactful web site and mobileexperiences to excel in this role. This position reports to the VP of Product.Responsibilities Drive the entire product lifecycle from conception, to user stories and requirements gathering, to design and development, to testing, to launch and to optimization.Build and maintain a product roadmap that focuses on conversion rate optimization and client growth.Integrate user research, market analysis and customer service feedback into product requirements to ensure we re delivering the most impactful experience.Own and groom the product backlog, keeping the business KPIs and objectives in mind.Support product releases by:Understanding, analyzing and testing the user experiencePrioritizing user stories and use cases on the product backlogCollaborating with engineering & UX/UI leads to determine the best solution that meets user needsQA testing , Analyzing, and optimizing the product after launchDriving reporting and analytics to support the company s KPIs and to determine the success of the product featuresInforming product decisions based on quantitative (A/B testing) and qualitative (user testing) data from usersCoordinating with the VP of Product, UX/UI team, and marketing team to ensure that the experience is cohesive throughoutRequirements5 or more years working with consumer facing digital products. FinTech or Marketing experiencepreferredA keen ability to understand and articulate priorities and make the right tradeoffs when necessaryCollaborative, nimble and flexible, with a knack for building trust and influencing others
