Product Manager, Patient Activation

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and user requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning product. It also includes communicating with marketing and support to ensure all goals are met. The Product Manager s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company s overall strategy and goals.

Repsonsibilites:

Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Understand Steward s strategic and competitive positions and work to define and deliver the best products to supports this position
Be able to envision the complete end product and see through its lifecycle
Help us build out our product roadmap with new product ideas and enhancements to existing functionality
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
Writing specifications, define, and manage the development of healthcare web applications in collaboration with our world-class engineers and designers
Manage and drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing) through business and market requirements and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

Requirements:

3+ years of software product management experience.
3-5 years technical experience with ambulatory and hospital EHR systems a strong plus
3-5 years experience gathering requirements for online applications (for EHR systems a plus)
Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies a strong plus.
Great eye for design and user experience
Ability to adapt to high pressure situations

Superior written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
