Job Overview
Acts as dedicated business leader to Black Box Technology Product Solution s (TPS) Conference & Classroom solution offerings. Draws upon the product portfolios of our Technical Product Management team to offer solution sets to the Conference & Classroom market.

Responsibilities
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities

* Business Management: Ensures all customer touch points are in line with TPS Conference and Classroom business and products solution offerings strategy. Manage budgets, profit and loss statements, sales trends, and monitor satisfaction for all Conference & Classrooms solution offerings to grow business and improve profitability.

* Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Coordination: Uses Agile principles to drive timelines for product launches cross-functionally and develops marketing programs to drive demand for BBOX TPS products solution offerings in the Conference and Classroom market places. Helps shape the launch process from beginning to end and inform future marketing strategy.

* Positioning & Messaging: Develops and drives the product marketing plans and materials for BBOX products. Develops product solution set positioning, messaging, and external communications and influence key product decisions (e.g. naming, color selection, feature prioritization, etc.) and cross-functionally drive results using Agile disciplines across BBOX TPS departments as necessary.

* Voice of Customer: Works with BBOX TPS management to design and implement a Voice of Customer and feature funnel program to identify and rank key features/requirements in the Conference and Classroom market place.

* Channel Program Requirements: Works with BBOX TPS Marketing & Communications and Sales teams to provide input on channel partner programs and customer requirements to achieve TPS revenue/margin targets.

* Marketing Assets & Materials: Works with the BBOX Marketing & Communications design team, technical writers and/or external agencies as needed to develop creative assets to support product launches including photography, website materials, packaging, product videos, and other product marketing assets. Provide the sales organization with presentation materials for channel partners to sell in new and existing products solution offerings.

* Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Partners with TPS Technical Product Management team on quantitative and qualitative research that delivers actionable insights to drive growth to core products solution offerings and influence key product marketing decisions. Acts as the expert on competitive products, services, trends, and technologies and share insights with BBOX TPS team. Identify and research opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs to fuel future growth.

* BBOX TPS Conference and Classroom Solution Evangelist: Acts as brand evangelist and thought leader representing BBOX TPS in the Conference and Classroom market. Be the voice of focused solution offerings and help grow customers while ensuring consistency across various touch points (website, channel communication, marketing collateral, etc.)



Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

* Demonstrated track record of success across wide spectrum of marketing activities (advertising, public relations, digital marketing, etc.) and driving marketing for a product and/or service offering launch

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills to deliver results

Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

* Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA preferred

* 10 years of combined experience in product marketing, product management, and brand marketing (IT or AV product technology preferable)
