Responsibilities

Based in Bedford, MA or Overland Park, KS, our team is looking for a successful candidate to join the product marketing team and be responsible for driving the direction and day to day operations of the Archer eGRC Community and Exchange.

Specific duties include:

Online Community Management:
Define, design and maintain a community space that promotes interactions between and among customers, partners and RSA Archer.
Lead Archer Community migration to new platform within great EMC ECN Jive community
Direct a cross functional team that continuously develops content supporting key company initiatives; delivering unique value to customers and partners.
Monitor online conversations and participate in them
Manage and encourage RSA personnel to contribute content to the Community and Exchange.
Creatively and proactively assist customers and partners, directly or indirectly with the help of various departments
Actively seek feedback from members to determine how to continuously improve the value of community content.
Recruit and nurture RSA Archer eGRC Suite power users and forward thinking GRC business leaders ,to create and deliver submissions to the Archer eGRC Exchange.
Continuously analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer and partner comments and submissions.Transfer the information to the appropriate departments so that they can respond accordingly.
Establish metrics & report on them on a monthly basis including recommendations. Proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the management team
Manage the regularly scheduled working group sessions and drive participation leveraging the Archer eGRC Community.
Help manage the relationship with the Archer eGRC Community Chairperson and drive participation/communication to the community.
Customer Retention:

Assist with the Archer GRC community events and working groups
Support regional events and customer briefings
Assist with email communications to customer base
Assist with facilitating product training sessions

Requirements

Experience in governance, risk and compliance activities for information security, information technology or corporate governance
Excellent project management capabilities
Excellent communication and writing skills using all media; video, audio, images, and able to promote and publish using key social media platforms;
Net savvy (addicted to social networking sites & all things Web 2.0)
Enjoy active interaction with customers and partners
Entrepreneurial, can-do approach coupled with a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to work collaboratively across functions within the business unit and across EMC
Bachelors degree required.MBA a strong plus.
