This position is based in Temecula, CA and reports to our VP of Marketing.


* Shaping the future of our Sales Training business line/service offering
* Working cross functionally with other members of our marketing team, field sales team, PR team, legal team, and webmasters on development of marketing and communication materials to support our growth into the Sales Training market
* Developing business plans including profitability, return on investment, and key monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

* Help shape, design, and execute the marketing strategy for the Sales Training business line/service offering
* Develop innovative online advertising and media acquisition strategies by working with agency partners and team analysts
* Drive business growth and pipeline goals and report on metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams, executive stakeholders and partners to maximize results
* Work collaboratively with the global team to scale programs
* Develop business plans including profitability, return on investment, and key monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
* Lead the content strategy that supports and extends sales, business development and marketing initiatives
* Leverage market data and input from internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development) to develop and produce content themes/topics to support company initiatives
* Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person
* Establish and manage work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
* Write copy for content and product marketingcampaigns
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring new products and features to market. Support and lead go-to-market strategy, positioning and detailed launch plans for new products and product enhancements
* Refine and optimize the positioning/value propositions of existing products to help drive increased adoption
* Work with creative team and marketing operations to design and produce content
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring coordination with otherinternal constituents
* Consistently measure and report on content and product marketing performance
* Define KPI's and provide regular reporting and action plans to improve content and product marketing impact
* Other projects as assigned


* Experience defining successful B2B lead acquisition programs
* Experience in paid digital media planning, paid search and other online channels
* Superb project management skills: including managing agencies, vendors, and global projects
* Solid experience with CRM systems ( or similar) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
* Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
* Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally
* Demonstrated experience developing and creating high quality digital content
* Strong writing, editing and writer-coaching skills
* Experience in a wide range of content creation and distribution strategies and tactics
* Strong collaboration and communication skills

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, communications, journalism, marketing or business related field
* 4years marketingexperience, including media planning/buying/management
* Extensive experience with business related computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel and Word required
* Solid experience with (or other CRM) required
