BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

* Currently pursing a degree Human Centered Design, User Research, Interaction Design or related field of study. We're also interested in studies of psychology, philosophy and reasoning.

* Must be graduating by Winter 2016 or Spring 2017

* Experience conducting research in user experience (UX) and product design

* Ability to plan, design, execute and communicate research activities

* Expertise in generative and evaluative research methods

* Influence of product direction with actionable insights

* Experience building connections and working on cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, PMs, engineers)

* Project management, communication, and presentation skills
