On the Net: http://www.medco.comThis account team and client-facing role serves as the consultative Employer Group Wavier Plan (800-series Medicare plan) product expert regarding Medco?s Medicare operations, processes and procedures. This role works closely with not only the account team and client, but also the product, sales, finance, compliance and regulatory teams to understand the client requirements and provide consultative services from pre-implementation through renewal. Management of day to day client needs and Medicare service and operations support as well as issue resolution are critical aspects of this role.This position requires the following core skills to be successful:-Relationship Management-Client Support-Expertise with Medicare Part D-Presentation Skills -Ability to work in a dynamic business environment-Ability to work well with all types of management styles-Extremely detail oriented multi-tasker with strong organizational skills-Strong strategic thinker and self-starterResponsibilities:-Participate in product solution requirements and recommendation for new installations and renewals -Accountability for growth of lives and drug spend in this market for assigned clients-Deliver solution training ? compliance, product, field and internal departmental updates-Develop and maintain product documentation -Technical descriptions-SOP development and maintenance-Installation documentation-Support audit processes as needed -Communicate CMS guidance -Oversee daily operations required to support assigned EGWP clients-Lead cross-functional teams-Provide sales support -Lead client consultation related to business strategy and on-going opportunities to optimize product and services. (Trusted advisor)-Manage installation of products and services to ensure flawless execution

Requirements:
Qualifications:-Minimum 4 to 6 years client management experience -Medicare subject matter expert strongly preferred-Experience with PPACA and Medicare certification strongly preferred-Employer account management and/or sales experience with a retiree population plus-Experience with defining, developing, selling and supporting products and services in a PBM market a plus-Proven ability to form and maintain strong client relationships-New business installation experience-Contract negotiation experience-Excellent written and oral communication skills-Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills-Strong organizational and multi tasking skills-Healthcare experience strongly preferred-Bachelor?s degree required-MBA preferredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V
